UAETerms and Conditions for Travel Guard® Direct Single Trip and Annual Multi-Trip Plan Promotion (The “Promotion”)
This Promotion is organized by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (Singapore Branch) (“Zurich”).
This Promotion is valid from 27 January 2026 to 28 February 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
To be eligible for the Promotion, you must meet all the following criteria to qualify as an eligible individual (“Eligible Individual” or “you”):
- You are a Singapore resident (as defined in the Insurance Act 1966 of Singapore);
- You purchase a new Travel Guard® Direct Single Trip or Annual Multi-Trip insurance policy (“Policy”) via www.travelguard.com.sg and enter the promo code “TRAVELGUARD25” in the “Promo Code” field;
- Your application and insurance premium payment must be successfully received by Zurich during the Promotion Period; and
- You are a direct customer of Zurich without any intermediary (including agents, brokers, partners, sponsors or affiliates).
The Policy accepted during the Promotion Period entitle you to receive 25% premium discount (“Discount”).
General Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”)
There is no minimum premium required for you to be entitled to the Discount.
The Discount is not exchangeable for cash or any benefit in kind.
The Discount is not applicable with other promotions, vouchers, rebates or privileges applicable to the Policy.
Zurich reserves the sole and absolute right, at any time, to:
- Disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion for any reason whatsoever; and/or
- Disqualify any person from receiving any Discount under the Promotion for any reason whatsoever.
Without prejudice to the generality of clause 8 above, non-compliance with these T&Cs and/or the breach of any other requirements communicated by Zurich to the Eligible Individuals may, at Zurich’s sole and absolute discretion, result in the immediate disqualification of said person from participating in the Promotion.
Zurich’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its sole and absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all parties, and no correspondence shall be entered into in relation to the same.
Zurich reserves the right to extend or terminate the Promotion, and to vary, delete or add to any of these T&Cs at any time without notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
By participating in this Promotion, you consent to Zurich collecting, processing, disclosing and/or transferring your personal data (whether contained in the application form or otherwise obtained) to its associated individuals/companies and/or any independent third parties, for the purpose of the Promotion, in accordance with Zurich’s Personal Data Protection Policy. Policyholders may opt out of participating in the Promotion via www.travelguard.com.sg/help-centre/contact-us.
Zurich shall not be liable in any manner for any claims, losses, damages or expenses arising out of, or relating to the Promotion.
Zurich assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected forms and/or other forms of communication, which may result in any Policy not being purchased during the Promotion Period.
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Promotion and these T&Cs, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these T&Cs shall prevail.
Travel Guard® Direct is underwritten by Zurich Insurance Company Limited (Singapore Branch).
This Policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (“SDIC”). Provided that your application is accepted and Zurich issues a policy to you, coverage under your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
